Waited 2 days for them to finally show up.

The technician that came to fix my toilet did an excellent job....however my tankless water heater was leaking and i asked him to tighten it for me. He informed me it had alot of corrosion on it. I told him i had just bought the house so i didnt know, but if he thought it was going to break to just leave it alone. He felt confident he could get it to stop..... now its leaking 10x worse and it has started to leak gas into my home now as well. I have called to see if we could work something out. I was told i would have to buy the piece and pay for replacement. Now i understand that it was already corroded but if he genuinely thought it was gonna break he shouldve left it alone.
