Provided by YP.comI have had many things handled by this company over the years. Everything was handled well and within the timeframe as expected. One time we had a two day delay due to a last minute change on my part due to materials needed but that was on me. Fair price and excellent design. This is not your everyday graphics printing. Uniqueness requires patience and cost. Well worth everything I have gotten. Will continue to get work done here.

Provided by YP.comA little over a year ago I took my Jeep to Wrappid Grafix to have it wrapped. Although the two kids he had working there concerned me a bit, JJ reminiscent of a circus side show hawker, talks a good talk. When I left I felt confident that they could produce a satisfactory outcome and life would be good. When I went to pick up the Jeep, after many delays the seams were not matched up and very crooked. Within a week, the vinly started pulling away from the panels and there were many bubbles. His response that this was due to it being in the sun and that there was nothing they could do about the sun. OK. Net net I got tired of the discussions and wound up taking the doors to have redone.
As with most things, time dilutes the pain and I made the mistake of taking my trailer to Wrappid Grafix to have the roof top tent wrapped. They missed the promised date and I had to go out of town, so I arranged for a friend to pick it up and pay the balance due. When he arrived at the site, it was immediatley obvious to him that a satisfactory job was not done and their was some damage to the tent cover as the lid was not aligned. He sent pictures for me to see and I told him to leave it and I would pick up on my return.
I tried to pick it up when JJ would be there and he was always not available or running late. Finally I could not wait any longer and had to pick the trailer up whether he was there or not. When I picked up the trailer, I noted that patterns were not aligned, wrinlkles and bubbles were present in several areas and small pieces layered in several areas. The person there told me that there were no problems and this was a great job. This was how the product should be installed. Luckily I looked closely before I towed it home as the nuts that fastened it to the rack were loose and barely started. If I had hit highway speeds with it like that they tent would have sailed off and been a total loss if not causing a serious accident. More pictures and narrative to follow as I have it at a shop to get the bracket repaired.
Net of all of this: I take responsibility for taking it to be wrapped as I had some misgivings. Guilty on that point. I am out $800 bucks and will have it redone by someone else. However I do hold them accountable for the damage to the tent riser which is going to cost me about $400 to have repaired.
