Charlie was sent to my home to clean my 3 week old couch. He over saturated the cushion. He said it would be dry in 2 hours was still wet 10 hours later. The fabric was soaked and then dried up very bad and totally ruined the feel and look of my brand new couch. Guardsman sent him back out to fix it and he cleaned the wrong couch. Charlie is rude and condescending. I wouldn't allow him in house again.
