Beware of fake bad reviews from competitors. This is the best auto body and mechanical shop I've ever done business with -- and I've been driving 40 years. The local manager is Randy, not Jim Olson, and Randy is the greatest. He's done some great work on my S-10 pickup, and he'll be doing more. Very skillful, knowledgeable about all makes and models, and attentive to what the customer needs. Reasonable labor rate per hour.

Lies and scams. In a fender bender, cop requested we get a tow. Said, firmly, take it to our driveway. Taken to Jim Olsen on a Friday night, Monday was a holiday. Both the cop and the owner refused to give it back to us when we called about it not arriving. Coo claimed it was now out of his power and apologized. Jim Olsen personally swore at us multiply times like a raging lunatic. Similar story from a good friend who's car ended up there over a holiday weekend too. We had no extra money, they were demanding $400 for the 4 nights they had it. Had to hand over title. At least it was our used car rather than our new one. A failed attempt to get results from the BBB led us to meeting 2 more people with the same story on a different holiday weekend.

horrible, horrible people. Rip offs. Liars. Was charged for work never done due to an employee ripping them off. Jim Olson, owner, refuses to refund our money.
