Extremely disssapointed!!!! I do NOT recommend their custom work. No thanks to Margot for wasting 4 weeks of my time and never, ever getting back to me. And No thanks to Tom, the Owner. I went to him to discuss the lack of response, no design and no phone call from Margot; so he still had the opportunity to make me a happy customer. I waited another 8 days, resulting in no phone call from him so I called the store. After 2 days of telephone tag he told me he had a design, but it turned out to be way above my desired budget! At this point, I wasted over 5 weeks of my time and effort to give them the benefit of the doubt, plus 4 trips into their store. Now I have given up on them and it's time to write a review. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. In closing; a message to Studio 2015. P.S. You are located on Rt 14, NOT Michigan Avenue!!! Why so arrogant??
