while getting my state inspection I asked them If they saw anything obviously wrong with my car that would account for the very minor change in gas mileage to let me know. They charged me over a hundred dollars extra for a diagnostic. which I could have gotten done for free at autozone. I ended up having to take them to court over this. They are overpriced and dishonest. After talking about this with some people, I found out that that they had similar bad experiences with Kibler and to avoid them. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Clean well-maintained premises; friendly, quality service. Convenient location right on the main street of Woodstock, Virginia.

Too bad I even have to give them one star. They tried to rip off my wife during a state inspection...said front brake pads needed replaced. She called me asking what to do as they wanted a ridiculous amount to replace them. What she didn't know was that I had installed new pads just two weeks earlier. I told her to have them put a rejection sticker on it and bring the car home. I took it to another garage that very same afternoon after scraping off the rejection sticker and it passed inspection with no issues. After the inspection I asked how the front pads looked and the inspector said they looked new. I told him the front brake pads failed at Kibler's Garage and he thought I was joking. Beware of them......
