I love this spa. Every one who works here are as nice as they can be. I am 84 years old and if any of them see me getting out of my car they come out and help me.

The door is always opened for me. I enjoy going there.

The last crew that worked there is a different story. Ann who ran it stayed on the phone all the time her husband Kevin was real nice and rest of the one there were all kin to Ann.

I told the man I wanted just a "cleanup" on my eyebrows. Meaning that I just wanted any stragglers cleaned up but the basic fullness left alone. I have been accosted. I have the WORST pencil thin trashy eyebrows I have ever seen. If you want to preform a service, try to understand what you're customers are saying

Dear to all my Royal Nails & Spa customers. My name 's Jacob, new owner of Royal Nails & Spa. I am very apologized for any inconvenience of previous service you have done. We are now under new management. Any comments here from May, 2015 of other customers was not for us. I am not happy either with those comments about abortion of the previous owner was told to the other customer below. I and our workers here are Vietnamese and few of them can not speaking English fluently, that 's why sometimes we have to communicate to other workers with our mother's language. I am very apologized for that inconvenience . we promise to serve everyone equally with no discrimination, race , color. Thank you so much for supporting us.

Well...not a true review, as we didn't actually receive service from them (but I had to select a stAR rating for a review). I walkyd in with my 4 year old, and felt uncomfortable from the beginning. I asked the gentleman that greeted me if they did pedicures for small children and he immediately began rolling his eyes, laughing and saying something to the man sitting at the station close by. I just said "thank you, nevermind " and walked out. But now after seeing the review about the abortion comment I can't help but think they aren't big fas of the kiddos. Which by the way is fine...just do it professionally.

I will NEVER return to this place. My daughter in law and her four year old daughter were getting their nails done and thee owner was rude and asked my daughter in law why didn't she just get an abortion when she was pregnate with her daughter I am beyond outraged

I haven't been to this salon, and I am appalled by what two owner of this establishment has said to a young mother. Tonight, I read a testimony from one of your clients, saying that her daughter-in-law and child were there getting manicures, and while the daughter was sitting on her mother's lap, the owner rudely asked the mother why she didn't get an abortion when she got pregnant. Now, regardless on anyone's view on abortion, and regardless of the age, the issue is how inconsiderate can one be to say that to a young mother with her child on her lap, old enough to understand a conversation??? Disgusting, I am appalled and you should be very ashamed.
