If I could give Cook Moving and Storage 100 stars, I would. I worked with Travis and his crew twice, and both times, they were professional and courteous. We moved from Florida to Woodward when I found Cook Moving. I had hired them to unpack our moving truck. They came in the afternoon, as scheduled and kept me updated on where they were and about what time they would be there. They were very fast, but careful with our boxes and furniture, even while unloading in a lot of snow that had just fallen, A LOT! After unloading I had to run to the bank to get cash since at the time I didn’t realize they didn’t accept credit cards. Travis waited until I returned, didn’t complain that I had to leave. He even cut us a break since he didn’t use the full 3 hours we hired him for. Pretty impressive company from day one.

Three weeks later, I needed to use Cook Moving again, this time to pack up a trailer for a move to Ohio. My husband had passed away unexpectedly and with no family in Woodward or Oklahoma, I needed to move back to Ohio to where I am from. I contacted Travis and explained the situation to him. He even remembered me from when I first talked to him (impressive). I stayed in Woodward for a week after my husband’s passing to tie up loose ends, during that week Travis was checking in with me every day, sometimes twice a day, to see how I was doing and to offer suggestions on getting the children and I packed up and moved. Without going into all the details, we finally had a plan in place. I doubted it was going to work, but Travis and his crew made it work, really work. I was going to leave a few things of furniture behind, thinking it wasn’t going to fit into the trailer, Travis and his crew made it fit.

Cook Moving & Storage not only helped me unload 3 weeks prior, and load back up, they also went out of their way in other ways. No details here, because it’s more personal. Just know what they did for me was completely unexpected, generous, and emotional. They say on the website they are a professional, Christian moving company, believe they are. They even came into my house after everything was packed into the trailer and said a prayer for all of us.

No other moving company would have done anything like what Cook Moving did for us that day. If I ever get back to Woodward area, Cook Moving will be my one and only choice for any kind of moving services. Thank you!
