I got glasses there a year before and seen Dr Smart then. I liked him and my glasses were great. He gave me some contact samples then and they were great. I was impressed with the Eye Exam. Got some nice frames and the girl that does the frames was nice. I went back in to get contacts a year later and seen Dr Carlisle. I was not impressed with that Exam at all. Couldn't get my contacts rite. I had an option to take contacts that suck or a different kind that sucked too. they told me that that is as good as it gets for me. But i wore contacts that i already had from a year before from Dr Smart when i went to pick up the new samples. I could see great with them. I told them that and they insisted the problem is with me and not them. Only refunded me half the money i paid. They said the exam was nonrefundable but i am sure my insurance usually pays for the exam. I guess they charged me and the insurance.When i paid the lady at the front desk told me what each thing would cost but the total didn't add up. she figured it up 3 times and got three completely different totals. i would not recommend Woodward Vision Care

Very friendly staff!! Great selection of Frames and Sunglasses!! They even fitted me for contacts!! No other doctor could find contacts I could wear!!!
