We called our warranty company to have a repair done on our dishwasher and they scheduled the repair to be done a couple days later through this local company, Scott's Appliance. Scott's Appliance called to say they wouldn't be able to do it that day as they would have to purchase a part that wouldn't be in that quickly. Some time passed with several phones calls to them (none to us to keep us informed of the status) and different responses that the item was back ordered, the warranty company took awhile to approve the purchase, etc. Finally, weeks later, they came out to fix the dishwasher without doing any check to see what was wrong. They replaced the heating element and didn't even bother to check if that fixed the issue. It did not and we called them the next day to tell them it still wasn't working. They said they would call the warranty company to see about replacing the entire unit. It's been several weeks and we haven't heard anything from phone.

Scott made a prompt visit to our house to look at our broken dryer. He told us it would take 3-5 days for the required parts to arrive. After several weeks and half a dozen phone calls and messages (none of which were returned), we finally made contact and Scott said he would call to check on the parts and get back to us. Over the next couple of weeks, we called another half dozen times and left messages, but never heard from him again.



Having been without a dryer for nearly 6 weeks, we called Quality Outlet in Lock Haven and our dryer was fixed in 3 days.
