The Gym is a "Gem" in Rhode Island!



I joined “The Gym” in Woonsocket, RI in June of 2011. During the short time that I have been there, I have thoroughly enjoyed my entire experience & have only positive things to say!



There are around 20 different fitness classes available. ALL of the classes (including the outdoor boot camp) are challenging with fun and well-qualified instructors. The facility has an “open” feeling to it with new state-of-the art equipment and it is clean at all times.



There are positive philosophy and community aspects as well. The philosophy of “take care of yourself” surfaces during every class. The community presence is felt from the different fundraiser walks to the events that occur for members (i.e., movie nights for kids, etc.).



Throughout all of the different classes that I have tried, which is almost all of them, there have been both emotional and physical results. After all, isn’t that what being good to yourself is all about!
