We have reached a point to where we will be looking to find a different maintenance provider for our copier; it takes way too long for parts and service.

VERY GOOD SERVICE. Locally owned and operated. Prompt service. Have used this company for years and am always satisfied. I feel like the employees really care and are always eager to help. Thanks so much.

Very poor service. Have to wait forever on parts. Half the time when they come to repair our copier it still doesn't work. We are looking for someone else.
