Rudeness leads to no business

I recieved a letter in the mail by the IRS from all the way back in 2006. From then until now I had moved an hour away from where I had my taxes done. The problem was I didnt file my taxes and I wasnt sure where they had been done. Every place I talked to was polite and willing to help me in this matter with the exception of Dataview. I talked to a receptionist who was very unhelpful and then a Terry who was a true ahole. He threatened me with privacy babble and raised his voice when all I wanted was a simple yes or no on whether may taxes had been done there over 3 years ago. I highly recommend staying away from these liars and thieves.
