Provided by YP.comI have had nothing but good luck with this Clinic. I started there with my last puppy and he will be 4 in Jan. 2018. They have treated him well, they give him his shots and they neutered him. They are very reasonable price wise. I had another vet in the area and when I got this puppy they wanted to charge me $400 to neuter him. This clinic charged me way less. I have taken Vet Aide classes and worked in a Veterinary Clinic and I see nothing but professionalism as well as expert knowledge . If you don't need it, you won't be told you do just to get your money.

Provided by YP.comTheir prices are reasonable, but if value your pet, I would go elsewhere. We took our puppy here from the time he was 6wks old for his shots. Since we are new pet owners, I always asked a lot of questions :) But, the answers varied depending on who I talked to. That should have been my first red flag. When it came to heartworm and flea medication I asked about an all in one...told there wasn't one and paid a small fortune for two separate medications...only to find out afterwards there was one. Now while their prices seem great...they are very comparable to most others in town once you add on everything that most other clinics include upfront in total cost. We decided to have our dog neutered. Mairs charges around $150 and they offer laser, which is great, for an extra $30...I thought-cool! Everywhere else is around $250. I talked to the lady on the phone for a bit and was told about the procedure. What I wasn't told is that they don't include (or make it mandatory) to test your pet for the anesthetic effects or include pain medications of any sort. Now maybe it was naive of me, but when I called other places, they were upfront and everything was included and mandatory. Call me crazy, but I would rather pay someone who seems to actually care about my pet, makes the procedure as safe as possible and keeps them comfortable. Mairs also puts your pet out cold and it takes hours for them to wake up...vs. the mask where they start to wake up w/in minutes of removing it. No one in the office takes responsibility when confronted...they just say it wasn't them I talked to and their office manager could care less. Now this was only our experiences when it came to vaccinations, meds, and neutering. I don't even want to think about how they handle major surgeries. Quite disappointed. We have taken our files and found a clinic that enjoys what they do and wants the best for your pet.
