The service I received from both the receptionist and the owner, Nina, was incredibly rude and uncalled for. Nina called me to tell me a package was delivered there and basically told me that she would not release it until I paid her, even though the original shipping cost was already paid for through UPS (I never had the package sent to or from her, EVER) If i could give this place ZERO stars I would! I do not know how this woman stays in business based on the way she treats her customers. She was rude and condescending for the short conversation we had so I image she treats everyone else she encounters in the same way. Do not give this woman and her pack of rude employees any business at all; you can find the same services with better quality and customer service from other businesses.
