The receptionist of this company, specifically the one blocking all calls, including important ones, to Jeff Waggy, is horribly obnoxious and rude, doesn't even wait to ask the pertinence of a phone call, I could be having an emergency, and she treats every call like its an inconvenience to the company. I would strongly suggest a review of your help in the office that is your link from you to the public.
