They told me 20 to 30 minutes 1:30 later after calling then 3 times they said that their driver was outside waiting for me which it was BS. I told them you guys are full of S. I'm still here I don't have a car👎👎🖕🖕

An older driver of theirs with a beard swerved in front of me to take my parking spot. Not safe, entitled and extremely rude.

Mainly use their airport service. Nice people and never had a trouble. However, this time the lady lied to me and wanted to move the time half an hour early because "there is gonna be traffic". It turns out they are carrying four other people. Can't blame them for trying to make money since Wooster is not a big town. But I probably will never use their service again.
