I was one of the first customers with Alcare wen they opened up a small little pharmacy that knew people by name-2016 the pharmacy grew moved to a bigger location unfortunately stayed beside APW cause that's 75% of their customers #gold mine very happy that the pharmacy grew but customer service went out the window - no calls reminding someone with Aides telling them your meds ,your meds will be refill iin a couple of day's iif not they won't let you go without- I went 3 days and no one cared 3 days without HIV MEDS CAN CAUSE A KOT OF MEDICAL PROBLEMS GEE THANKS 4:30 PM CLOSING TIME IS BANKERS OURS IF YOUR NOT GOING TO ACCOMMODATE APW CLIENTS I SUGGEST YOU MOVE I KNOW=ITS CORPRATE GREED I DIDNT THINK JOHN STUP SO LOW

My dr. Called in my meds on a tuesday allcare was to deliver them on thursday i waited they never showed up. So i call friday morning they tell me they on their way i wait. I call back at lunchtime they say be there by 2pm. They never show up. I call at 4 lady tells me they are definetely on their way now. Nope still no show 2 hours later.so i call back and a man answers and apolagizes and says im so sorry but ill personally take care of it monday. So i go all weekend no meds. Monday morning i call i ask for Bobby cuz thats his name the man whos gonna take care of this personally. Well hes not in till friday!!!! Soooo a man named peter sais youll get them today by 3:00pm still nothing by 4pm. And im still waiting its now 5pm monday.
