The staff and overall scheduling process could not have been easier to work with. Everyone involved was so friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Fechner's bedside manner is top notch. I really appreciated his realistic expectations and thorough explanations before the procedure. I will definitely be coming back for any other cosmetic concerns. The process exceeded my expectations!

I had a face and neck lift a week ago and I am already delighted with the results (despite the post op swelling). I have always been self conscious about my 'double chin' or lack of a chin line and it has given me a sense of freedom about my appearance to have had the surgery! And it wasn't too late- at 71 years old. Thank you!!

Gentle and kind, explained everything thoughtfully

Lindsey proved to be my experience thus far. While some providers are script in how they explain everything to their clients, Lindsey was very thorough in explaining the process of treatments and how to maintain the results one is achieving without selling more than one needs. Her casual and professional tone made my appointment feel unrushed and very trusting of her care. While treatments can be costly, there are some perks to take advantage of. Rewards and sometimes surveys by the Fechner practice.

Brie did my PRP maintenance injections for hair loss. She was calm, listened to my concerns, and administered the injections proficiently. I have had good results from PRP and will continue with yearly maintenance.
