Amazing experience with the service I recieved when my hot water tank happened to go on Friday at 4pm. The Hvac experts team got here at 5pm and found out the tank was leaking and needed to be replaced. They removed the old one and replaced it by 8 pm. They worked very hard to get us hot water so we didn't have to go the weekend without. Thank you David & Ken!

Hvac Experts is the only company I trust for the A/C issues for my rental properties in Worcester. They have always been straight with me and never try to run up the bill with unnecessary charges like a couple of other places I used before them.





1 - I called them for a second opinion after a competitor quoted me $6000 to replace my entire system in one property. Hvac Experts simply flipped a switch and the same system is still running fine after 5 years.



2 - my mom had a company tell her she has to replace her compressor. I had Hvac Experts come out and they simply fixed a leaking line and recharged the coolant.



3 - Recently they handled a difficult situation with my tenants and without going into detail I am very happy with the outcome. They even made an extra checkup on their work for free to make sure everyone was satisfied.



I recommend them to everyone I talk to.

I used Hvac Experts to install a small central air unit in my home. They offered the best price and great service. The owner, took the time to explain to me how the unit worked, giving enough detail so I knew what I was dealing with, but not too much that I was overwhelmed. He was quick, tidy, friendly and affordable and his knowledge of his trade was apparent. I would recommend hvac experts without hesitation.

They did a wonderful job installing my new outdoor ac system, honest and straight forward company. Last hvac company you will need to call!

My furnace ended up going out today, after calling multiple companies and getting only voice mails and "we can come tomorrow" Hvac Experts picked up and sent Justin. Very knowledgable and Reasonably priced. I know who to call in the future!
