Me and my wife just bought a 2006 jeep liberty from JG auto.
I will begin by saying that I was very nervous as this is the first car I've purchased in my life.
After buying the car I read some of the reviews and my heart sank .
I was extremely nervous that (mabey) id made a bad decision.
I cannot state strongly enough that this was absolutely not the case .
Jocelyn was extremely professional and courteous when we were in the buying process.
We were a little concerned about the muffler, he said he would "take care of it ".
When we went to pick up our new jeep he was there and as we walked over he told us about the 2 new snow tires that he decided to throw in. This was on top of the brand new muffler that was now on our jeep .
This was after we already paid for the jeep .
2 days after we bought the jeep the check engine light came on ( my wife was horrified ,lol ! ).
We went to advanced auto and did a diagnostic test .
It said one of the cylinders was misfiring ( the 6th one to be specific) we cringed as we went back into advanced auto to hear the verdict which we were shure was that our jeep had a one way ticket to the junk yard .
We approached the man at the register and with a shake voice told him cylinder 6 was misfiring.... the man calmly explained that all it was , was a sparkplug , or at worse a coil needed to be replace and would mabey cost .97 - $70 .
I was going to just pay out of pocket to fix it but Jocelyn told me not to and that he will fix it for us .
The man has done nothing but good by me and my family as far as this car goes .
He went out of his way to ensure the safety of my family by giving us free snow tires .
Honestly, if more people were like this man , this world would be a better place to live .
Personally I highly recommend this man's dealership to anyone looking for a used car .

Purchased my SUV through JG Motors this past weekend. I was welcomed by a friendly staff, who were knowledgeable and courteous. After purchase, there was a minor issue that was resolved immediately. This kind of customer service is a rarity in today's industry. I highly recommend my new friends at JG Motors.

I purchased a vehicle from this car dealer only to find out after i got tbe loan from my lender for tbe vehicle ,the vehicles engine ligbt came on after 2 weeks of being in possesion of tbe vehicle. I had tbe vehicle checked out only to fibd out tbe catalytic converter needs to be replaced and it is going to cost $900.00. I went to speak to the dealer and his response was i am not fixing the vehicle. We decided on a price and i am not fixing the vehicle.

To all stay away from this dealer, it is obvious he cant be trusted to sell a honest and reliable vehicle.
