I called Joe at 8 am on Sunday morning needing an emergency repair on a truck I just bought. Nothing is opened on Sundays and I was 4 hrs. from home. I left a message for Joe and he called back in 5 mins. He told me he could meet me at his garage in 10 mins. and asked if I wanted a coffee from Dunkin Donuts on his way in. Great guy, complete professional. Not only did he fix my truck immediately but also my bill was much less than expected. Go to Joe's if you want to work with someone who is honest and truly about customer service. I didn't think places like this existed anymore, especially in Worcester. Thanks, Joe!
