This company is the best! Everyone I dealt with in the company was great! They were extremely efficient and careful with our Mother's items. Very impressed. I highly recommend! I am also very picky about my collectibles and they were extremely careful...Top notch customer service and professionalism. Always accommodating, hard workers, go the extra mile to help, and always with a smile. I will use.

I reviewed Northstar 4 years ago when we first used them for a full pack and move, and I'm reviewing them again because 4 years later they were EVEN BETTER.
Ron Cohen once again was the awesome point of contact, the manager who helped make all of the arrangements for me.
He sent an AWESOME crew, of William , gorge and Logan, and those 3 packed us up SO well, and went above and beyond asking us what we still needed or even just mildly preferred to not have packed yet, and they left those things on purpose. This was huge since we have a newborn with many helpful devices we got to keep that last night in our place.
The next day a 4th guy, ynaldo was added to their crew to finish the pack and then do the move. When ready for moving they sent over a 2nd truck with yet another 3 guys (wow!) and everyone was friendly and carefully asking where we wanted things. Use them!

Excellent service! Kenny and his team was timely and efficient. Would request their services again in the future and recommend jtr moversr. Their customer support also has a very good response time.

Randi, Brandan and endy were awesome! They showed up on time and were very friendly. We had to move our entire home into a condo and it seemed to be a daunting task. However, they made the experience so much more simple. They supplied boxes and hangers for our clothes when we ran out and helped pack everything for us. Also, our son was with us during the whole process and they were all very understanding and kind to him. They were very careful with all of our furniture. I thought that they did a wonderful job. We will definitely use JTR moving company in the future! Thanks guys for all of your help!!

The move was only an hour away, so when we arrived at my new home, they immediately started unloading. Everything was handled with extreme care. All my boxes and furniture were placed in the correct room, so I was ready to start unpacking. No damage was done to a single item. JTR Moving and Storage made moving so pleasant.

I highly recommend jTR MOVERS. The whole experience from a quote with logan to the actual move with Brondan, lion and franco was flawless. We did a local move of furniture only, 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a living room, sun room and media room. Price quoted at $430.00. Everything was wrapped, disassembled and loaded with great care before lunch. After lunch, it WAS time to unload and reassemble. Again, flawless. At the end of the move, we even asked them to move the biggest piece (of course) from one wall to another. They didn't even hesitate. Actual price 350.00!
They are all young men, but work professionally and with honesty and integrity in a way beyond their years. You are in good hands and don't need to stress about anything. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

My landlady sold her two-family home and I had to move. I was very anxious about the process as I had never used a mover before and didn't know what to expect. The crew (Peter, Scott & Tyler) made me feel at ease from the beginning of the move to the end and couldn't do enough to help me. They were very professional and treated my belongings with care. I needed to move very quickly and didn't have any idea who to call. After searching the internet I picked JTRmovers because their website had a lot of information without clicking a million times to find what I was looking for.


They did NOT disappoint! The movers were professional and FAST without a lot of hidden fees. I recommend them and will def. use them again! Thank you, JTR movers.

The negative reviews are way off base. Regarding the walk up charges, I also made it clear I was on the 5th Floor of a walk up and they factored that into my initial costs. They did not hide anything and in fact, when I got my final bill it was reduced by $200.

Like their name, they are very reliable and professional in their profession. Their staff is very friendly and hard+smart worker.
Shifting the items is not a hard job if they are there.
Feel free and easy in moving your office or apartment by using their services. According to me they really know the value of your furniture and equipment.
I recommend you to use their services for comfortability and also their fixing is fabulous.
