Don't use them! We needed a 24 volt transformer for one of our heaters. K&N gave my wife a two wire one when we needed a four wire but they were the one who selected it for her. But it took the electrician a couple of weeks to get back with us and found that K&N had selected the wrong transformer for us. The clerk at the front said that they don't take electrical parts back. The box was clearly unused and I had called in advance before sending the electrician there to be sure to get the right one. Then the electrician came back with it that they would not take it. Don't know why they did not have the balls to say that when I was on the phone but let him go on and waste his time. I will buy no more furnaces or plumbing parts from them again. Home Depot has a good selection and a good return policy. Anyone want a two wire transformer recommended by K&N to my wife? Be sure not to send your family for help there. Sorry small business, you have to earn my continued business.

I called in need of an s-613 Sump Pump.



The gentleman who answered knew exactly what I was talking about, double checked before I went there and found he did not have one, he would be getting some soon.



However, he re-directed me to another store, gave me their number, and I was able to get the pump I needed.



Great customer service and extremely helpful.
