Dental office.... Front desk staff is full of NASTY, miserable, and discourteous people aside from maybe one or two. It takes way too long to schedule further appointments. The sole reason I even gave this place 3 stars is because the team of dentists are AMAZING!!! They're knowledgeable and friendly. It's a pleasant experience once you get past the reception area.

lamentodle mente llebo mas de 5 ao para que se me atienda siempre que doy no esta disponibles para citas no me llaman ni me notifican he tenido serbicios en la clinca por mas de 12 aos es el unico reporte que podria haser el serbisio en dental es un poco lento en citas nueva muchas grasias

They routinely don't test the patient with proper exams i.e mri ,citiscan, etc. All they do is send you to physical therapy and whala, all is over with out doing no types of x ray etc. I was sent to PT where my back condition got worst,for God sakes I was disabled because of my spine problems which were severe,and some how PT is a miracle? They don't listen to their patients well, they talk like they are "trained to say xxxxxxx." I also had a brain aneurysm,always had constant headaches, until one day i fainted in church and woke up with head surgery at Umass Med ctr. Allthey said was, its a migraine at Family Health.Also hope you don't need pain meds for a medical condition cause you just might be a "Drug User"..... Will never go there again........
