AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST!



I'm only giving this clinic a star because i cannot give zero stars, but i was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this outdated clinic with incompetent, extremely rude dentists and assistants. I went in for a cleaning that took 15 minutes and a filling that took 10 minutes and when a surprised me asked how come it took such a short period of time to do a filling on a tooth with a big cavity, the extremely rude Dr. Kalra straight out said: That's how long we take to do a filling of that kind. If you don't like it, go somewhere else." Shamelessly unprofessional & unacceptable! I went upfront & told the receptionist of how i was treated while the manager was 10 feet away listening to my complaint and nobody ever offered an apology. I will never step foot in this clinic again and will make sure everyone I know avoids this awful place! Going to the dentist is often unpleasant if you're experiencing pain somehow but it is absolutely unacceptable to go to a clinic that overcharges for minimal, unprofessional, extremely rude services in outdated work environment with no proper equipment (charging top dollar for lousy 10-minute cleaning & fillings while offering no digital x-rays so i have to wait for 6 weeks for an estimate to & from insurance company for urgent work needed??) It's 2015 so if you want to charge top rates than get with the times, renovate the place, get better equipment and hire real professionals. A dental clinic in a third world country would be in a much better shape than yours, not to mention your "world-class" rude dentists like Dr. Kalra.

They seemed nice and fair at first when I had an emergency and I decided to make them my full time dental office. What I've come to find out is that because I have dental insurance and a full time job that I'm over charged for my procedures. They LOVE Mass Health patients but because of this they gouge people with regular insurance. I've had my cavities misdiagnosed, a temporary crown glued on with permanent adhesive! It took over an hour to remove and caused my permanent crown not to fit correctly. I've had pain there since then and they have been told about it but do not care. Their equipment is ancient and the waiting room chairs I hesitate to sit upon.

I showed up late for the first time ever because of traffic and the usual happy group all turned on me with extremely unprofessional attitudes. the only nice person in that group is the hygienist. She's smart and really cares. I will be gathering my records and seeking a more professional office.

Awesome experience!!

I cracked my front tooth called thursday and was seen that day for exrays n had an appointment tuesday to get it fixed. The dentist was amazing she was very nice n talked me through everything she was doing n my tooth was fixed in 20 minutes.it was honeslty my best experience at the dentist ever!! It was easy to get an appointment,i was in and out the office and while she was fixing my tooth she was gentle and didnt feel any pain or pressure it was amazing.. Ive recommended this dentist office to everyone i know...

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST !!!!!! I have had MANY billing issues, especially double billing. I would pay in cash and they would bill my insurance. Second I had all of my teeth pulled which cost a fortune by the way. I went back and the dentist cut down the top denture and partially on the bottem. The bottem was making my gums bleed and I had blisters. I told dentist they were sticking into the bottem of my gums. He told me to make another appointment and he would resize them and walked out !!!!!! Are you serious?? I tried to talk to him again, he said make an appointment. To say the least I couldn't wear my bottem dentures. I can't eat a lot of food because I can't chew. I wouldn't care about the expense if the dentures would have fit correctly and he should have taken care of it on my first appointment back. The ONLY thing they care about is how much can I bill and NOT the work. I thought they were nice at first but it became apparent the $$$ was more important.. I am a young 46 yr old women and because of this I look like i am 96.....

Stay far, far away from this place. Dr. Voci is horrible. It costs me many thousands of dollars to correct his mistakes. On top of his shoddy work, he is rude and ignorant to the art of "professionalism". Check the MA dental board - I don't know if he is able to work on patients again. He was on probation for some time. Don't let this man touch your mouth!
