I've been going to Maury's Kung Fu Academy for around 8 years. Starting Kung Fu kids' classes here when I was 12 was one of the best choices I've ever made. Not only has Kung Fu gotten me into better shape physically but the welcoming atmosphere of the classes has also helped me grow into a stronger more confident person all around.

I have been practicing martial arts for over seventeen years, and have experienced several styles of martial arts, several schools, and several instructors. Out of all the places I've trained and the instructors who've taught me, this is easily one of the best schools. Sifu Gary at Shaolin Kung Fu Centers (also known as Maury's Kung Fu) is a top tier martial arts instructor. His relaxed and friendly attitude may seem surprising considering his skill both as a martial artist and as an instructor. There is a high level of personal attention given to each student. Sifu’s ability to teach both children and adults in a way that suits their style of learning have helped me to progress further in my training in the past several months than I did in years preceding. Besides the excellent instruction, the school itself is wonderful. The students are friendly and welcoming. The school is spacious and well-maintained, and the tuition is much more reasonable than most schools in the area, especially considering the quality of the instruction. I cannot say enough positive things about this business. It’s the hidden gem of martial arts in central Massachusetts. If you’re looking for martial arts instruction for yourself or a family member, you would be doing yourself a favor to enroll.

Sifu Gary and the staff at Maury's Kung Fu are so comitted, and just a great group to be around ! I take my two boys there twice a week and they couldnt have a better time. It teaches them respect for themselves as well as others, motivation, and great teamwork! Keep it up guys and thanks!

My first experience with any form of martial arts was at Maury's Kung Fu in Worcester. The class as a whole was very welcoming of me as a new student and everyone made an effort to help me learn the new material. I NEVER have a bad time going to class and I get a great work out (despite the fact that I hate going to the gym). Sifu is very patient knowledgeable. It's a family friendly place and I would whole heartedly recommend it to anyone- beginners, kids, hobbyists, or a continuing marital arts student.
