My experience at Smart motor Automobile here was great,the moment i came in looking for my new car to buy they help me they was there and ready to help find the best car that was in my price i was looking for. Thanks for the help.

Smart motor is a perfect place to buy a used car. The young couple are some of the few understanding and compassionate people I have met so far. They helped us find the perfect car for your size family. They were very upfront with us, no funny gimmick and a no pressure sales atmosphere. It has taken us a very long time to get a car, but this place is one of a few you can trust. I loved their service. I was happy that we ended up buying a car here.

Went in for an oil change and left with a new car. They treated me so well in there I had to test drive this car I had been looking at for a while. The car I was driving was not worth anything but yet they gave me $1000 for it as a trade in. They were so fair and honest with me that I gave them my business, and I am glad I did. If you're interested in buying a quality used car give them a chance.

This was the worst car buying experience my husband and I have ever encountered. My husband was supposed to buy a toyota from them. After giving a significant down payment they informed us they didn't have the title and stated they would not give a refund of our money as it says on the receipt. Then we settle on another car which we purchased for a set price only to be told after that we needed to pay more to have it registered and taxes etc. Which is fine however that should have been told up front. Then we get the car home and less than a week later we needed to bring it back in because the car was shaking violently...it ended up being a rim issue and they refused to fix it because they only cover the engine for 30 days...nothing else. We also had to just stop in and wait for them to show up because they avoided our calls. Then just before the 30 days was up the check engine light came on...they avoided us and would not return phone calls. Needless to say this place is horrible and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. ..ok maybe my worst enemy. Also, they took our jeep as part of the trade in and never even cleaned it out before putting it on there lot. The engine is fine on the jeep but everything else is in horrible shape which they are aware of. They are selling lemons...stay clear of this place! There was also another woman waiting for them one of the times we were there and she said they were avoiding her as well.

Today I got my first car! It is a 2008 Honda Accord EX-L!! I drove for one hour and 20 minutes just to get to Smart Motors auto sale but right from the start I can tell you that I do not regret it! I sure knew that i needed and wanted a car but with my credit not being so well everywhere I called with either say I had to give a big down payment and my monthly payments would be high! I went on craigslist and found Smart Motor. I did not hesitate and gave them a call. Natalie answered the phone and right away i felt like this was the one place that I was looking for. Not only did she work with me so that i could get the best deal possible but she also gave some pretty good advice on how to improve my credit. I was suppose to go get the car on Saturday but i was so excited that I decided to go today, there I met her husband and just like her he was a big help too. We were at the bank for hours trying to get the loan and not once did he complain about the wait, he even offered me to leave and he would bring the car back to me, mind you its more than an hour away, I was excited about driving my new car so i did not take his offer lol, we finalized it all and everything went well, can not complain, got a great deal and was treated nicely! if you have bad credit or good credit give them a call, and give them a chance to help, I promise you wont regret!
