They do not deserve one star. I brought my 10 week old kitten there for all 3 of her early exams and vaccines. When it came time to spay her the vet found out after cutting and opening that she had no ovaries or uterus. She looked and found testicles instead. The kittens had a very stressful week of additional exams, medications, needle sticks. When I said I did not want to speak to this vet any longer I got a vet who was very high and mighty and could not be bothered to actually speak to me on the phone. And the cost of this was outrageous.

I have been going to Westside over 20 years , Dr Murphy and Dr Trom , there are no words for these amazing Vets , no one can Touch them .. They are by far the best !!

I have been going there for 17 years when Dr. Trom first opened. She is the best. She has been taking care of my (cat) Cally for all this time. 2 years ago and again last year I thought I was going to loose her. But Dr Trom & her team were so caring and loving and told me lets not give up yet. She was right and Cally only 4 1/2 lbs age 17 and is still with me. I would & have recommended WAC always.
