took approx. 17 minutes for order to be filled--meanwhile oberved staff trying to catch up -during all this there were 2 staff members leisurely taking their break complaining about their order not having cheese --hollering to staff across room about no cheese on h/b----meanwhile another staff member decides she needs an ice cream--gets one and goes sits with other staff still on break-----during all this working staff literally bumping into each other trying to satisfy waiting customers --one man had already been waiting 25 minutes --they had "lost" his order when asked----there apparently was no manager, assist manager doing their job---this place was in total disorganization--this place needs a re-haul ----dont see it continuing like this -----the word is out---bad service----delayed orders with mistakes -----i know i won't be going back and have told others to avoid this mcdonalds in wrens,ga
