The Blockade Runner, Wrightsville's Classic Boutique Resort, is located steps from the heart of Wrightsville Beach, N.C.  The resort is surrounded by water, the Atlantic Ocean on the east, and beautiful Banks Channel on the west.  Wrightsville Beach is located two miles from Airlie Gardens and eight miles from downtown Historic Wilmington.  

Resort Features. The Blockade Runner, Wrightsville's Classic Boutique Resort, features a wide variety of on-site, surf to sound activities.  These include stand up paddleboarding, surfing, sailing, fishing, kayaking, relaxing on one of our two pristine beaches, shell seeking, natures tours with the Carolina Naturalist, Captain Joe Abbate, as featured in Our State Magazine.  Other recreational amenities include an outdoor pool, spa tub, sauna, fitness facility, and a children's club. Enjoy the poolside bar and a bar/lounge.
