Town Hall s police department protects the lives and properties of citizens and visitors; focuses on preserving peace; prevents crime and disorder; and guards personal rights and liberty. Town Hall has a public works department that provides, operates and maintains utilities and infrastructural systems related to water, sanitation, buildings, streets and sewer. It also provides administrative support to the town manager and mayor. Additionally, Town Hall manages personnel and financial activities, including payroll, accounts payable, investments, and water and sewer billing and collections.
