Our abstractors have been serving Central PA since 1980.  We perform 60-year title searches, one-owner certifications, document retrieval, and can meet custom requirements and closing schedules.  We service many local Attorneys, Closing Companies, and national clearing houses.

You may know us from when we operated as Howard & Howard, Inc. or as a sole proprietorship under Joann E. D'Aiello.
