Like the person before me wrote... I feel the same way... I tried to like them and Bring a small business some money... But I can't stand them there... The lady at the drop off window acts like she's too good to talk to you... So she throws a little white basket in your face... For you to put your script in and then she said nothing.... I leave for 20 minutes come back pick up my prescriptions... At the pick up window and that woman is having a 20 min Conversation with a friend right in front of me.. And never even knowledge that I was even standing there... Even the people that use them are just as rude... I have been cut in line several times there before and she helps them 1st like I don't exist.... And When it's finally my turn she doesn't even ask my name and just tells me I have to wait and starts helping everyone else behind me.... So now after sitting in this pharmacy for 30 minutes just trying to pick up my prescription I got nowhere... So now I'm fed up and ask for my prescriptions back and they tell me they are to soon to be filled.... Well That would have been nice to know 30 minutes ago or if the woman at the drop off window could talk, she could have just told me that in the 1st place.. Instead of me just standing there wasting my time... I will never go back there again and if you don't want to have your time wasted don't even bother with them... For now on I'm sticking with the neighborhood RX pharmacy in Middletown... I drove straight there from the Wurtsboro pharmacy and they filled both my prescriptions and had me in and out the door with in under five minutes and they have good customer service....

I have tried to like this place, I love the idea of shopping local and small business, but I refuse to be ignored in this store anymore. The staff is rude and will ignore you for as long as 5 minutes while you wait at the counter before asking if you need help. I have seen them do it to others as well, so I know it is not just me. If one of their friends come in they are as charming and friendly as can be, but if you are just a customer they act like they are doing you a favor. One of the pharmacy staff was so sick the last time I went there, she was coughing and sneezing all over everyone's medicine, disgusting!
