The delivery started out bad right from the start new person didn't know delivery process and then it just got worse after the person we were trying to get the flower piece to was a older lady and friend we wanted it to be there for christmas but we found out day after christmas was delivered it only had to go from Wyandotte to southfield we ordered it Wednesday never again thrifty you need to fix your system
