Very friendly, went over and beyond to give great customer service and repair work. Highly recommend them for anyone to have their car serviced.

I was referred by a friend and purchased a vehicle in 2012. Other than a faint and persistent smell of vomit that required my thoroughly cleaning the inside, the carrier has worked out well for me. However, there are some disturbing details to share. One is that I purchased a warranty and when I called Ron to ask where it should be serviced, he told me a shop in Wyandotte, which was quite a distance from my home, despite the warranty claims otherwise. When I called recently, I was given a different story. Ron had told me there was a $100 referral fee. I referred a friend who purchased a vehicle. She gave them my name and updated address. When I called to check on the fee, they said they didn't have the info. They took it again and said they would send it right out. Three phone calls later and a couple of months, they still hadn't sent it. I called again and was told to speak with Jeff. I calmly informed Jeff that I was getting the run around about my referral check and that if it couldn't be cl3ared up, I was going to take my complaint to social media. Jeff said he didn't like my tone and wouldn't help me. Also, the car my friend purchased in August has serious mechanical issues and has shut down while driving several times. Would not reccomend again.

I went to Vizachero Motors in Wyandotte to look at a black '05 VW Jetta 2.5. Took car to good mechanic right down Fort St - found car needed a new valve cover/head gasket, & left CV axle. Mechanic showed me the problems. I SAW THE PROBLEMS WITH MY OWN EYES. Took car back, and told them what was found. The dealer (Rob from Vizachero Motors) told me that the head gasket had just been replaced. He denied existence of an oil leak OR CV axle issue. He is a liar. Do NOT buy from these people. They are only looking to steal your money & sell you an INFERIOR DAMAGED product. This is an unconscienable practice - even for a used car dealer. What if this car was for your wife/girlfriend & her kids??? Unbelievable!
