Nothing but a bunch of liars and den of thieves. My wife worked there and in the time span of 12 months saw almost 30 agents rotate in and then leave. No one stays there more than a few months. The owner Rob Abbott seems honest but in reality will make every effort to steal a commercial client from his own sales people. There is no training in any sense of the word or back office support. She now works for the school system and couldn't get the firm to provide her with a professional reference for the time she was there. If you are thinking about joining their staff, save yourself time and alot of headaches and avoid it like the plague. This is not a professional office. It is sad to see that Berkshire Hathaway has attached their good name to such a group of liars and thieves.
