I HAD AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE USING PRO-PACK

Pro pack sold me a shrink wrap machine with the promise that I would have 1 year full warranty and that the machine was in perfect working condition. We have had the machine for less than 3 months, and it has broken down 2 - 3 times a month since we've owned it. Although pro-pack has sent a tech to fix the machine (each time a different tech giving us conflicting information on the care and use of the machine), the downtime hurts my business every time we have an issue.

In addition, one of the bolts was loose when we received the machine and the arm of the cuter fell on my employees hand sending her to the hospital. Fed up with the constant issues of this "new" machine, I asked for a refund or at least a replacement for a different machine. The company refuses to replace it, told me its final sale, and we are the ones who are not using the machine properly which is not the case.

They are now telling me in order to get them to come fix the machine because they will not exchange it for a new one, I must pay $150 an hour with a MINIMUM of 4 hours work to fix it (that is minimum $600 dollars). I know from the many times we have had this machine fixed that it only takes 5 minutes to replace the blade which is now broken AGAIN. Although I had a one year warranty in writing, it is not being honored. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
