I am a recent graduate college and I moved into Wyncote House 1 year ago. I have only 3 weeks left in my lease and I am very happy. When I moved into Wyncote House I thought it was fabulous. I lobby looked beautiful and the people appeared to be nice. however, after only a few weeks I was very sorry that I had made a decision to reside here. The Manager, Susan S. assured me that, although the utilities were extra, there would only be a charge of about $20.00 or so per month. When I got my first bill, I was amazed to see that I would have to give abour half of my first paycheck from my new job! The front desk is constantly calling about the utility bill after I paid it in full weeks before! The electricity went out often and there are so many hidden fees associated with moving out that I am sure that my Deposit refund will be close to nothing. EVERYONE that I have conversed with in the building HATES living here. Alot of people were moving out when I moved in( Literaaly almost every day). If you are wise please just dont do it to yourself.
