I scheduled an appointment for a wheel alignment at 3:00 pm on Wednesday 12-05-17. I arrived at 2:50 and was told it would take about 2 hours and would be ready around 5:00 pm. I left my van. I received a call at 3:40 telling me that they could not get to it that it would be Friday. I took off work so I could be there plus drove from Forrest City over there to do business with them. I was very disappointed in them and will not go back there. If any one else is planning to go there all I can say is good luck. I am just sharing my experience with them.
