I had to return a battery that I purchased from Daves battery because from the day I bought it my daughters car would not start half the time without a jump. I brought the car to my mechanic and after testing everything else he found out that the battery was definitely the problem. I had my mechanic install a new battery and since then my daughter has not had another incident. so after that I went to return the battery and the guy said that they do not give cash refunds. very rudely too. I told him everything that happened and he tried to blame my mechanic for running the battery down while testing it.. He said all he can do is give me a different battery. So now I have a useless defective battery that I can't use. What ever happened to customer service? I recommend to anybody reading this that they spend a few extra dollars to buy a new battery or at least buy a used battery from someone that is still concerned about taking care of their customers.Bad battery and extremely rude staff.
