TERRIBLE RUDE PEOPLE. AWFUL PIZZA This use to be a great pizza place. not any more. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PEOPLE AND PIZZA. DO NOT ORDER!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!my family had been ordering from this location since 2007. they use to have awesome pizza and service. we slowed down our orderding from them when the pizza started showing up with the box smashed on it and being cold. so 3 days ago we decided to try them again. pizza was ok but they forgot our cheese bread, so they said they would give it to us on our next order. now today we had family over so we ordered a 24" a 12" and bbq wings and our cheese bread. they senty the pizza correct and cold. the bbq wings are chicken nuggets with no sauce. and what do you know, no cheese bread. i called and asked for a manager so a girl got on the phone and i told her what was going on and she says yes the wings are frozen chicken nuggets, then she says let me get you to the manager. well i thought i was already talking to a manager. so now i explain the situation for the third time. he only offers to send the driver back and pick up all the food. really take all the food after the kids have been eating the pizza, ok fine. jerks. no im sorry nothing. so the driver shows up and took all the food. i ordered a 24" pizza from them almost every thursday since 2007 and now since we moved to a new house 3 blocks from our old one, we get treated like crap. lets say on the low side i ordered from them 30 times a year for 7 years with our average order being 22 dollars. thats $4620.00 that they will never see from me again and i will make sure all my friends and customers know about this.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

If you want Palermo's Pizza, this is the only location to get it from. It is the absolute best pizza ever, and there bread bites are awesome. I did order from the one of 52nd and was very unhappy with the results, it was horrible, and was nothing like the one on 36th street.
