A month ago my drive thru order wasn't right. When I got home, and saw it wasn't right I brought this to the manager that was on duty and she said she would take my name and address and make it right. I never heard from her again and I stopped going there.
Once again I went back there and the manager (Lou) who knows me, ask if anything was done about my wrong order a month ago and I said no. Right then he told me to order anything I wanted because he was paying for it. This kind of service will keep me and everyone I know make this our McDonald's.
