Horrible place. I asked if there was service in my area and if there wasn't what was the policy. "Easy, just bring it back." I'm a hour away.
I bring it back to find out I may lose my business number.
They give me a run around forever.
Finally called someone else for help.
Told me to take my number to another carrier that would work. (I lost the payment I just made Thurs. from the other carrier through all this.)
Did that...went to bring everything back and the same guy, who saw me going to grab for the handle of the door and locked it. He even waved!
I had all day into this. It is an hour away to return the phone. What a joke. I called customer care, they are sending me a refund check in 6 weeks, really?!?
And, they could not return the $$ for the phone. Tole me to go back to that location, um, nope, they are rude and completely untrained. Another location told me that it may have been the phone settings but too late now. Lost $200 total in all of this. I will never be back to Metro PCS, ever. That phone call took an hour. This is 2018 people. And, the phone was a great phone but it didn't work in my house. My experience...RUN!!
