Everything I've gotten rapid pick up order they have forgotten to give me something from my order like a drink or cookie. Then the couple times I went in ordered my mac and cheese was dry and clumpy, and they made me the wrong drink.

Rapid pick up twice now, has never gone smooth! First time was under catering so had everyone conducting a large effort search. Currently waiting 15 minutes to grab my rapid pick up order that was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago. What's the point of pre ordering???

TERRIBLE car in front of me pulled away without paying and the attendant rudely said It would be nice if youd let us know when someone pulls away!!I then got charged for her food!!!Manager was very defensive!!!Items on menu not available!!!!
