My incident happened at this Speedway Gas Station. Located at 1300 Burton SW in Wyoming, MI 49509.

My then 8-year-old son slipped and fell in this store back in March, 2014. He hit his head on the bare concrete floor! He also hit his arm while taking down 3 shelves of candy. He laid there crying. The workers did NOTHING to help my child!!! Customers tried to help get my son to sit up to make sure nothing seemed broken. I rushed him to the emergency at the hospital and he had a concussion for a week! The floor was very wet. There was puddles of snow/water at the door. There were no mats on the floors to prevent falls. It has been almost six months and I have not heard anything from them. I would advise everyone to avoid this company. They do not care about the customers or anything for that matter. They want your money and nothing else! I send emails, calls and letters. They asked me if my son was running when he fell and did he fall because of the shoes he wore. (brand-new shoes) I keep being told they are still investigating. I'm getting no type of response from them at all!!! How long does this have to take? They accepted my money for gas quickly. My son was hurt and embarrassed and scared. Why can't they do something as quickly as they take my money?
