This company makes an affordable spa that is high quality, tough as nails, and takes hydrotherapy seriously. As a dealer myself, I can confirm that this company takes customer service very seriously, and bends over backwards to make sure that warranty parts and services get done. However, this does have to go through a dealer. These are excellent tubs with an excellent warranty, and you definitely should consider Viking if you are shopping.

I have tried contacting this company multiple times regarding my Viking Royale ETS Spa. The first question was about a warranty coverage on the lid that came with my spa. The only response I got was contact your dealer. I had contacted my dealer multiple times about the issue and they were not willing to resolve it. So Viking did nothing. Second issue were that the Spinner jets broke on the spa. I have been having to replace a Spinner jet about once every two months. Each jet cost me $40. Well right now I am down to zero Spinner jets in my hot tub. I emailed the company with a question about the spinner jets (what size they are) and the response I got was they didn't know.
