I highly recommend training with Coach Ken. I came in with zero experience. Always felt welcomed and comfortable. This is the perfect place for anyone from beginners to experienced fighters. Come in see for yourself. Great workout in combination with a great life skill to be learned. As long as you just show up and do your best you are sure to yield results. This is the best Muay Thai gym in Michigan, real traditional style. Great classes and great training.
