Provided by YP.comI don't understand the two bad reviews claiming rude treatment, I live out of State in Ohio but have spoke with many A to Z employees and the store owner Scott Light. They all were very professional, kind, helpful and very polite. I highly recommend A to Z Vacuum because after 6 or 7 lengthy phone calls, over many days, I can say with certainty, I was treated wonderfully, given Excellent deals on pricing of the FOUR Simplicity vacuums and free shipping from PA to Ohio. As for the review complaining about the cat urine stinky vacuum.. I'd ask her if she'd enjoy going to strangers homes and cleaning their toilets. Who wants to clean a filthy cat urine smelling vacuum, it's a serious health issue dealing with that type of bacteria and filth. Either way I think some people, no matter HOW nice and polite you treat them, will never be happy. I look at it this way, if YOU are nice and polite, most customer service employees will return that treatment. So, all that said.. I highly recommend A to Z Vacuum by the wonderful treatment I was given by many people over many days that helped me choose the vacuums I needed. I can't remember ever getting so much knowledgeable help and great pricing! Thank you Mr. Light and all the other helpful folks! Thanks

Provided by YP.comI've read some of the entries that are negative. 90% of the negative issue, is the product you're buying. Let's start with Dyson. Although they are known for their suction and handling. They are also notoriously bad for regular repairs. In addition, there is not a part on them that is inexpensive. Cat urine is a subject in itself. It's vile, poisonous to pregnant woman, and the odor nearly impossible to eradicate. Remember, very little metal is manufactured into vacs. They're almost completely plastic. Plastic retains odors, especially in enclosed or tight spaces. I have a cat. I use a "particular" vac just for the cat box area. I can tell you, it has indeed retained the odor. And that's fine. It gets used nowhere else. Hoover was mentioned in these comments as well. Hoover has been part of a company called TTI. They make the so called "brands" like Dirt Devil and Royal as well. These were all independently owned companies in their day. So, good reputation was important. Buy Outs, Acquisitions, Mergers, etc. have been common terms in the last 30-40 years. Historically, the results are negative to nightmarish. Cost cutting and quality control have become common terms as well. Hoover is now a 2-5 year throw away vac. The quality from the onset can be real good. But, will little age, they become needy of repairs. A-Z Vacuum is there to sell vacs. They've been doing it since the early 60's. I personally have been dealing with them since 1992. And there's properties in my family in PA and Mississippi. So, I have had good schooling with A-Z on vacs. Because, I funnel these vacs to those locations. Hurricane Katrina took the vacs, as well as everything else off the face of the earth 10 years ago on the Gulf Coast. Obviously, besides everything else needing replaced. The products I've purchased over the years from A-Z have been "spot on". No Issues. And remember, if it's not made here (US). China is the likely source. Keep that in mind also. Speaks for itself.

Provided by YP.comThis place is a total rip off. Needed sweeper bags. They charged me $11.00. Went home found the exact same ones online for $4.00. Will never shop here again or recommend anyone.

Provided by YP.comWe took our Dyson ANIMAL vacuum to A-Z because the piece broke that makes the vacum lean back. They refused to work on it because "it smelled like urine". This is a Dyson animal cleaner that vacuums up a lot of cat litter that has been out of the box and cat hair. Before taking it, we did wipe it down outside but did not clean in the hoses. We even bought this cleaner from them while the other one was being repaired which took a long time. (so now I have two) When we picked it back up i put my nose right on it and it has a strong smell of ODOBAN cleaner which is what we used to clean it. This will be our last dealing with them. I will be buying a new cleaner today. But not from there.
