My family and I was traveling we stop in to get lunch/dinner. We was in between 3-4 pm our experience was very bad. We ordered our drinks and ordered our food asked for bread. The waitress brought our drinks out and nothing else so I asked for bread again,finally we got that. Our food came out I ordered steak tips medium and they came out well done. My son ordered teriyaki chicken stir-fry when the waitress brought it out she said that she messed up and hit the wrong button and ordered him teriyaki chicken and that's what she brought him out, at this point the waitress looked at me and said that she messed and requested that I do not leave her a tip and I proceeded to tell her that I was not that kind of person and that I would leave her a tip but it would be great if she would take 10% off of the bill and she left our table, she returned to the table to inform me that the manager said that they would not do that. I proceeded to pay the bill and on our way out the door I said that the manager needed to be able to compromise with the customer and that I would never be back and the hostess proceeded to stick her middle finger up to me or so that's what it looked like to me. I spent 45.00 in you restaurant and I will never stop at another one of these steakhouse and I will never recommend this steakhouse to anyone.

Everything was wonderful. The downside was the prices. A little steep.
